In this role, you will help guide clients through the financial portion of their vehicle purchase, ensuring every transaction is handled with transparency, efficiency, and care. What You Will Do
- Guide clients through financing options and protection plans during the vehicle purchase process
- Review credit applications and submit financing packages to lenders
- Structure deals in accordance with lender guidelines and dealership policies
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation are accurate and compliant with state and federal regulations
- Present service contracts, protection plans, and additional financial products to clients
- Maintain strong relationships with lending partners and stay informed on available programs
- Work closely with the sales and administrative teams to ensure deals are funded efficiently
- Maintain organized records and handle all client financial information with complete confidentiality
What We Are Looking For
- Previous automotive finance experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a professional presence with clients
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, management, and lenders
- Knowledge of automotive finance regulations and lending practices
- Valid driver’s license
